Alberto Nieto: Owner & CEO
Alberto Nieto brings more than 20 years of construction industry experience to LGR Exterior Services. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong understanding of the demands of commercial construction and the importance of quality workmanship, dependable service, and effective project execution.
As Owner and President of LGR Exterior Services, Alberto oversees the company’s operations and commitment to providing exterior construction, restoration, and maintenance solutions for commercial properties. His experience provides a practical foundation for understanding project challenges, coordinating work in active construction environments, and delivering solutions that meet the needs of owners, contractors, and project teams.
Under Alberto’s leadership, LGR Exterior Services continues to expand its capabilities and relationships throughout Florida and Alabama while remaining focused on quality, accountability, and long-term partnerships.
Nicole Evans, Ph.D.: Chief Operating Officer
Nicole Evans serves as Chief Operating Officer of LGR Exterior Services, where she works alongside ownership to strengthen the systems, people, financial controls, and operational structure supporting the company’s continued growth throughout Florida and Alabama.
She brings more than a decade of executive leadership experience spanning operations, finance, human resources, corporate development, facilities, and construction. Prior to joining LGR, Nicole served as Chief Operating Officer and Head of People for a multi-state organization, where she helped lead the company through expansion and oversaw the development of multiple multimillion-dollar commercial projects. Her experience includes budgeting and forecasting, project financial oversight, contract and vendor management, permitting, construction coordination, risk management, organizational development, and building scalable processes for growing companies.
Nicole holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Mercer University, with doctoral research focused on adult learning and professional development. Her academic background plays an important role in how she approaches leadership at LGR. She believes strong companies are built by developing strong people and is passionate about mentoring team members, creating opportunities for professional growth, and helping individuals develop the skills and confidence needed to advance within an organization.
